ASSEMBLE TON REAUT , (not so easy...)

"Not so easy" pretty much sums up this promising evening. Take a look:

• 20 aine co-pro and friends together
• a terrace so welcoming
• a pleasant aroma from the kitchen

But... three bottles of single varietal and test tubes awaited the participants. And then.... the trouble began!

After an hour of advice (thanks Philippe!), testing and blending, the results were tasted, compared and ranked with Yannick's absolute impartiality!

What a pleasure, after all that effort, to gather around the buffet.
